About the role

The Head of Operations will drive operational excellence and profitability across multiple store formats, ensuring sustainable growth and outstanding customer experiences. This senior leader will standardize processes, optimize daily operations, and oversee store development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth while protecting profitability and managing financial KPIs across all formats.
• Standardize and streamline store operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee inventory flow, forecasting, and stock management to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
• Manage the rollout of new stores and remodeling projects, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Ensure planogram execution, pricing accuracy, and promotional activities align with brand positioning.
• Uphold operational, legal, and brand standards to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; master’s degree in operations management is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of retail operations experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing multi‑site retail operations, including convenience and supermarket formats.
• Strong track record in optimizing processes, controlling costs, and achieving KPIs.
