General Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales General Insurance professional to join our team in Phnom Penh. You will be responsible for promoting our range of general insurance products to both individual and corporate clients, helping them choose the right coverage for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through prospecting, networking and lead follow‑up.
• Explain product features, assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process applications and coordinate with underwriting and claims teams.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve renewal and cross‑sell targets.
• Record sales activities, generate regular reports and participate in training and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑relationship abilities with a professional and trustworthy approach.
• Basic understanding of general insurance concepts or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in face‑to‑face and phone interactions; fluency in Khmer and working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Organised, able to manage multiple client inquiries and documentation accurately.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using internal digital tools.
