eMerchant Integration Technical Support Specialist

About the role

The eMerchant Integration Technical Support Specialist will help develop and operate system‑to‑system interfaces, data flows, APIs and integration middleware for a fast‑growing eCommerce platform. The role involves planning lifecycle transitions, coordinating with third‑party partners and ensuring quality throughout integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate the ABA Payment Gateway with partner systems and provide technical guidance.
• Analyze issues related to the payment gateway, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support merchants using WooCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop, advising on integration best practices.
• Define integration architecture for platform re‑engineering, including interfaces, technologies and transition steps.
• Develop and maintain a stable external‑facing API layer for mobile apps and third‑party services.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve production incidents involving integrations and implement preventative measures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in web and mobile application development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PHP, C# and Laravel.
• Experience with React JS and Flutter for front‑end and mobile development.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
