Business Development Manager – M&E EPC Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive commercial growth for Comin Khmere across the Cambodian market. Working closely with the COO and leaders of the Power, Clean Energy, Trading, and Service/Facilities divisions, the role will identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and position the company as the contractor and partner of choice for M&E and EPC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as construction, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, industrial facilities, data centres, and power infrastructure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming developments, tenders, regulatory changes and competitor activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors and industrial clients.
• Lead or support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and manage the end‑to‑end tendering process.
• Negotiate commercial terms and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums and networking activities to enhance market presence.

Required profile

• Commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of the Cambodian construction, infrastructure and energy landscape.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and convert them into sustainable revenue.
• Experience in managing a sales pipeline, monitoring market trends and handling tendering processes.
• Comfortable representing the company at industry events and networking activities.
