Medical Expert – AI Content Reviewer (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified medical professional to work remotely as an hourly contractor, reviewing and generating AI‑driven healthcare content. You will evaluate the clinical reasoning, accuracy, and clarity of AI‑generated responses, providing detailed feedback and model solutions to improve AI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated medical responses for accuracy, safety, and logical consistency.
• Generate expert explanations, step‑by‑step clinical reasoning, and model answers.
• Fact‑check medical information and identify errors, biases, or unsafe assumptions.
• Rate and compare multiple AI outputs based on correctness and reasoning quality.
• Develop prompts and training content to guide AI learning across diverse medical topics.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine (MD/DO), Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in clinical or public‑health roles.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills (differential diagnosis, risk stratification, red‑flag recognition).
• Excellent attention to detail for fact‑checking and safety assessment.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to deliver consistent quality in a remote, hourly workflow.
• Prior experience with AI data training, clinical documentation review, or healthcare editorial QA is a plus.
