About the role

The Head of Retail Non-Fuel Businesses will lead the strategy, growth and operational excellence of TotalEnergies’ convenience store and café network. This senior position is responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving traffic and revenue, and ensuring compliance across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the retail roadmap to achieve high turnover growth and strengthen the Bonjour brand.
• Design future store layouts, shop and café concepts, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead high‑impact marketing and promotional campaigns to boost traffic, conversion, basket size and customer loyalty.
• Oversee category management, product and menu innovation, margin management and cost controls.
• Implement standard operating procedures to ensure service quality, food safety and operational consistency.
• Develop the retail team through training, professionalization programs and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen relationships with suppliers, service providers and dealers to improve offers, commercial terms and store performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in retail, convenience stores or FMCG with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Strong negotiation, partnership management and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in a complex, multicultural business environment.
