Event Supervisor

About the role

The Event Supervisor will lead the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events, ensuring they meet company objectives and deliver a high‑quality experience for attendees. This role requires strong coordination with external partners, internal teams, and on‑site staff to guarantee seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of event planning, from concept to post‑event analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and suppliers to secure resources and negotiate contracts.
• Lead promotional activities, coordinate logistics, and supervise event staff such as coordinators and caterers.
• Monitor competitor activations, compile reports, and provide strategic insights to management.
• Handle customer service inquiries before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and prevent overspending.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and share market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in event agencies, the brewing industry, or beverage distribution.
• Proven track record as an event lead with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of beverage‑industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
