Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to handle daily employee relations matters, support HR policy implementation, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflicts.
• Support the implementation and optimization of HR policies, processes, and employee management practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Huawei internal requirements.
• Conduct employee communication activities, collect employee feedback, analyze employee needs, and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Support HR projects related to employee engagement, culture building, organizational climate surveys, and employee care activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of employee relations practices and local labor regulations.
• Good Chinese and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience in a multinational company or fast‑paced working environment is preferred.
