Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Food & Beverage Division is a core revenue generator for the hotel, overseeing nine venues and a team of around 200 staff. As Director of Food & Beverage you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the outlets, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction and financial performance are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across nine venues, aligning with brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimisation, cost control and productivity management.
• Champion service excellence by maintaining high standards of food quality, beverage offerings, guest satisfaction and effective service recovery.
• Collaborate with the Executive Committee and cross‑functional teams to develop business, marketing and revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and guest feedback to continuously innovate the F&B offering.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, licensing requirements and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing F&B management team through recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation and guest‑centricity while promoting organisational values.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage or an equivalent senior leadership role in a hotel environment.
• Experience in luxury hotels and managing multicultural teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, solve problems and deliver business results.
