Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will act as the primary ambassador for Rosewood Phnom Penh within the corporate market, driving revenue through proactive business development, account management and strategic partnership building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
• Develop and execute account development plans to maximise revenue opportunities across guestrooms, suites, extended stays, meetings and private events.
• Conduct regular sales appointments, networking activities and property presentations.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, economic developments and competitor activities.
• Negotiate corporate agreements aligned with hotel revenue strategies.
• Ensure prompt, professional, and personalised responses to client requests and maintain accurate account information in sales systems.
• Achieve agreed revenue and production goals and contribute to annual sales plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and operational departments to optimise revenue and deliver memorable client experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 4‑6 years of hotel sales experience, ideally with a strong corporate sales foundation in luxury or upper‑upscale hospitality.
• Demonstrated success managing corporate, travel‑trade or related account portfolios.
