About the role
Join an international team and communicate with customers across Cambodia in a fully remote setting. You will work full‑time on a 5/2 rotation, handling chat and phone interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via chat and phone.
- Answer questions and provide information about services.
- Assist customers with basic requests.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Basic PC and spreadsheet skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
