Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Remote, Cambodia)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Provider to join our telehealth platform, Intellect, delivering mental‑health support through scheduled 60‑minute video sessions. This freelance, remote position offers flexible business hours and can complement an existing job or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite, if required) mental‑health support to clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours completed after the master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if necessary is a plus.
