Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor / Material Controller oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, control, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily activities such as receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and material movement.
• Monitor material availability, coordinate with Production and Purchasing, and ensure timely issuance according to production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Use the ERP system for inventory tracking, reporting, and data analysis, demonstrating strong Excel skills.
• Ensure warehouse safety, compliance with 5S, and proper housekeeping, while coordinating cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or material management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience supervising warehouse staff and managing daily operations.
• Good English or Chinese communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
