Warehouse Manager – $1100 to $1300/month

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our manufacturing warehouse in Sihanoukville. The role focuses on efficient inventory control, team leadership, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage large inventories using ERP systems and maintain accurate stock records.
• Lead and develop a warehouse team, scheduling shifts for a Monday‑Saturday work week.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to meet local regulations.
• Coordinate with production and logistics departments to optimize workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5‑7+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance requirements.
