Warehouse Facility Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Facility Supervisor ensures the safe, efficient and seamless operation of the warehouse facility, including its infrastructure, utilities and related services. The role optimizes facility performance, oversees maintenance programs and manages vendor relationships so that business operations run without interruption. It works closely with the HSSE team and the warehouse manager to ensure compliance with safety, security and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Run the overall operation, maintenance and optimization of site facilities, including buildings, accommodation, offices, utilities, equipment and common services
• Keep the facility safe, functional, clean and efficient
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for infrastructure, machinery and utilities to minimize downtime
• Manage service providers and contractors (cleaning, repairs, landscaping, waste disposal, pest control)
• Oversee facility contracts, budgeting, procurement and vendor performance for property management, space planning and resource usage
• Support HSSE and warehouse administration tasks, and help the warehouse manager with the monthly PbM campaign and Gemba walks
• Perform risk assessments for warehouse activities, review them annually or after changes, and investigate safety or security incidents
• Handle general administrative tasks, record warehouse assets and stationery, and manage daily staff attendance and overtime reports

Required profile

• Facility management experience
• Management and administration skills
• Safety and security mindset

• Proficiency in computer and office software
• IT knowledge is a plus
