Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Andersen in Cambodia is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead technical delivery and client relationship management across its Southeast Asian network. This client‑facing position combines hands‑on transfer pricing work with business development responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation (local files, master files, benchmarking studies) in line with OECD Guidelines and Cambodian/regional regulations.
• Conduct functional and economic analysis of intercompany transactions, including services, financing, royalties, and goods.
• Perform comparability searches and benchmarking using standard TP databases.
• Draft transfer pricing policies and advise clients on intercompany pricing arrangements.
• Support clients during tax authority audits, preparing technical responses and liaising with authorities.
• Build and manage day‑to‑day client relationships for transfer pricing matters.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and pitch TP services.
• Collaborate with other service lines to cross‑sell and contribute to firm growth.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on transfer pricing experience, including preparation of local files, master files, and benchmarking studies.
• Demonstrated ability to combine technical expertise with client relationship building and business development.
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Cambodian/regional TP regulations.
