Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of trade marketing, category management, and shopper activation strategies across its pharmacy and retail network. The role focuses on optimizing promotional spend, driving sell‑out, and building strong retailer partnerships to grow commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand and marketing objectives into channel‑specific trade plans and calendars.
• Design and launch high‑impact trade campaigns, seasonal activations and new product sell‑in programs for key pharmacy chains.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to co‑create Joint Business Plans, align portfolio strategy and manage price‑to‑channel terms.
• Own the trade marketing budget, optimise trade terms and spend, and conduct ROI analysis.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, sell‑out data and category trends to improve future activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or key account management experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
• Deep familiarity with pharmacy retail networks, personal‑care channels and modern trade dynamics.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficient PowerPoint for business presentations.
