Digital Performance and Reporting Executive

About the role

The Digital Performance & Reporting Executive will optimise digital advertising campaigns and monitor competitor activity across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will maintain automated dashboards, ensure data accuracy and turn insights into actionable recommendations that support agency strategy and media planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor full‑funnel KPIs (reach, impressions, CPM, engagement, video views, frequency, CTR, CPC, leads, conversions, ROAS).
• Audit performance by comparing results against targets, historical benchmarks and industry standards.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, consistent and complete.
• Integrate analytics from ad managers and third‑party tools using Excel, Access or automated workflows.
• Track competitor ads on Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, analysing creatives, objectives, products and formats.
• Leverage platform transparency tools and intelligence software to produce regular competitor intelligence reports.
• Analyse cross‑platform trends (FB, TT, YT, IG) and optimise content formats, including AI‑generated static and video creatives.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to maximise media budgets and exceed KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome).
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive communicator with a passion for digital marketing and data visualisation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, data visualisation, basic automation).
• Experience with social media advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with data management and integration tools.
