Sales & Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Supervisor will drive revenue growth for Grand Royal Golf & Resorts by managing sales performance and coordinating marketing activities across our two premier golf clubs in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance and organize marketing initiatives to increase revenue streams.
• Prepare comprehensive marketing plans, including promotion proposals, event planning, and social‑media strategies.
• Monitor sales results, analyze areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to promote the GFPP brand.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities to gain market share.
• Coordinate with media and digital suppliers to publish PR and promotional content.
• Design sales strategies for special promotions, sponsored events, and other product offerings.
• Track sales data, meet quotas, and report performance metrics.
• Maintain and update the company website and social‑media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, event management, business planning, sales, and brand building.
• Project management experience.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of market research, analysis, and sales operations.
• Excellent presentation and report‑writing skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on a variable schedule.
