Technical Sales Engineer – Premium Aluminum Windows & Façades

About the role

International Windows is looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Technical Sales Engineer to promote high‑end aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall and façade solutions. You will work closely with architects, developers, contractors and homeowners to translate project requirements into suitable product proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for premium aluminium window and façade systems, identifying new business with architects, developers and high‑end residential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits, prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and product presentations.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, provide technical recommendations on profiles, glazing, hardware, thermal and acoustic performance, and coordinate with design, production and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations and project progress, negotiate pricing within company guidelines and track market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales of aluminium windows, doors, façade or curtain‑wall systems.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and meet clients as required.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other technical drawing software (advantageous).
