Purchase Officer (Construction)

About the role
The Purchase Officer will manage the full purchasing cycle for construction materials and services, ensuring competitive pricing and high quality. This role works closely with both local and overseas suppliers to support project needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers locally and overseas.
- Maintain and review purchasing files, report price lists to the procurement manager.
- Ensure selections meet competitive price, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Build relationships with suppliers, obtain quotations, and manage Bill‑Of‑Material (BOM) and non‑BOM items.
- Coordinate with regional suppliers on raw material planning, allocation, pricing, and quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of purchasing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, honesty, hard‑working attitude, and high responsibility.
- Good command of English; Chinese is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
