TBR Sales Representative – English or Mandarin Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic TBR (Truck and Bus Radial) sales professional who can communicate fluently in English or Mandarin to develop our tire business in the assigned region. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets and strengthening relationships with distributors, agents and fleet operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for all‑steel / TBR tires within the designated territory.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through multiple channels, including direct sales, distributors and fleet accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations and promotional activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, product trends and report findings.
• Implement company sales policies, strategies and promotional programmes in the field.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and performance summaries for management.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, distributors and fleet clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in all‑steel / TBR tire sales.
• Fluent in English or Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of the Cambodian tire market and existing distributor or fleet contacts.
• Willingness to travel frequently (at least 20 days per month) across provinces.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
