Talent Acquisition & Development Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Development Executive will lead the full recruitment cycle for JATI Koh Russey, ensuring the resort attracts high‑quality talent. The role also supports the learning and development team by coordinating training activities and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the HMD talent acquisition team on employer branding, candidate sourcing, and selection.
• Act as Training Coordinator, organising training sessions and ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain compliance with Cambodian labour regulations throughout hiring and training activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law.
