Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for all food and beverage (F&B) staff across our branches. You will work closely with Operations and Branch Managers to identify skill gaps, ensure compliance with SOPs and elevate service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans covering onboarding, customer service, product knowledge, F&B operations, SOPs, food safety and hygiene.
• Conduct regular coaching, on-the-job training and performance follow-up for frontline staff and supervisors.
• Collaborate with Operations and Branch Managers to assess training needs and create tailored programmes.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations and assessment tools; maintain training records and produce reports.
• Visit branches to observe operations, provide hands-on support and ensure adherence to service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations with strong practical knowledge.
• Previous experience in training, learning & development, coaching or staff development is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities; able to train both frontline staff and management.
• Good command of English and Khmer; willingness to travel between branches.
