Human Resources Senior Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Senior Officer will manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to interviewing candidates and reporting to management. This role supports the HR team and contributes to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Screen resumes and job application forms
• Interview candidates via calls, online platforms, and face‑to‑face meetings
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Prepare HR reports for management
• Support teamwork and collaborate with other departments
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new things
