Supply Chain Manager – $3k-$4k (Local)

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring material availability, cost‑effective procurement, regulatory compliance and on‑time delivery while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production planning, develop schedules from forecasts and orders, monitor progress and adjust plans to optimise resources.
• Manage material requirements planning (MRP), control inventory of raw materials, packaging and finished goods, and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Oversee purchasing, source and negotiate with suppliers, maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Coordinate export operations, work with freight forwarders and customs brokers, maintain accurate export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise packaging and invoicing processes, optimise packaging plans and verify export paperwork.
• Apply POLCA rules and Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) methodologies to improve delivery performance and reduce work‑in‑progress inventories.
