About the role

The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The role supports daily postal and logistics operations, monitors mail and parcel flows, coordinates schedules, and ensures compliance with service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily postal and logistics operations.
• Monitor mail and parcel flows and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and compliance requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify process issues.
• Collaborate with teams to implement efficiency and quality improvements.
• Coordinate small projects and provide operational information to sales and customer service teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management.
• Work closely with internal departments and front‑line staff to maintain consistent, safe, and timely services.
