Supervisor, Distribution Performance Management

About the role

The Supervisor, Distribution Performance Management will support the planning, analytics, reporting and budget control for Agency and Partnership sales channels. This role works closely with sales, finance and senior management to ensure data‑driven decisions and efficient use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and facilitating the annual budget plan for Agency and Partnership channels.
• Support line‑manager analysis of sales performance, channel productivity and market trends, delivering actionable insights.
• Prepare and distribute sales performance reports, maintaining standardized reporting frameworks and data governance.
• Monitor and control channel budgets, track spending, and report variances to management.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to justify, document and optimise sales spending.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence or sales performance management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with high professionalism.
