Head of Corporate Banking

About the role

The Head of Corporate Banking will lead and grow the corporate banking business for Woori Bank (Cambodia) Plc. based in Phnom Penh. This senior, full‑time position is responsible for shaping strategy, managing key client relationships and ensuring high‑quality service delivery to both local and international corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate banking strategies, product offerings and credit policies to drive sustainable portfolio growth.
• Manage and expand relationships with major corporate clients, leading business development and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Oversee trade finance and lending operations, monitor portfolio performance and coordinate with risk, compliance and operations teams.
• Provide coaching, performance oversight and guidance to the corporate banking team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or commercial banking with strong business relationship management skills.
• Solid finance background, including credit analysis, corporate lending and risk assessment for large institutional clients.
• Leadership experience managing teams and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
