Commercial Finance Manager – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager will lead finance activities for real estate, property and construction projects, based on‑site in Doun Penh. The role supports business planning, cash‑flow monitoring and provides financial guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts for real‑estate and construction projects.
• Monitor cash flow, assess investment opportunities and review contracts and project costs.
• Ensure compliance with local financial policies, tax regulations and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights for management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Relevant experience in commercial finance, preferably within real‑estate, property or construction sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data, assess risks and make clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax considerations is an advantage.
