Supervisor, Digital Marketing

About the role

The Supervisor, Digital Marketing leads a dedicated team to boost hospital brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive patient acquisition through strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing team in social media planning, publishing, and website content updates, collaborating closely with Creative Media for asset creation.
• Develop media plans and manage paid advertising budgets across Meta, TikTok, Telegram, and Google Ads, optimizing CPA, ROAS, and qualified patient leads.
• Plan, package, and execute hospital promotions from timeline planning to full launch.
• Partner with the event team to design sponsorship decks, outreach to corporate and community partners, and secure event sponsorships.
• Track core digital metrics, provide regular performance reporting, and deliver actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proven hands‑on track record in paid media buying, ad optimization, and budget control across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing website content (CMS) and building structured social media content calendars.
• Fluency in Khmer and English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
