About the role

Support the planning and execution of campaign, communication, and public relations initiatives to strengthen Maybank Cambodia’s visibility and align with business goals. The role assists in developing proposals, managing media activities, and ensuring consistent communication across social and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and documentation of marketing campaigns, including budget planning, SPI drafting, T&C, and FAQs.
• Coordinate and publish content across social media, website, and PR channels to maintain engaging communication.
• Prepare accurate marketing performance, PR value, and management reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce marketing assets and execute paid media strategies.
• Support stakeholder engagement and proofreading for key publications such as the Annual Report.
• Maintain Maybank’s brand integrity and update marketing spend tracker and budget utilization reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing, communications, or related roles with successful campaign execution.
• Strong attention to detail in campaign coordination, documentation, and approvals.
• Experience supporting campaign budgeting, tracking spend, and managing vendor timelines.
• Ability to analyse basic campaign data and communicate clear performance updates.
