Product Manager

About the role

Alleviare Life Sciences is seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy, launch new products and enhance market presence in Cambodia. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing and management teams to ensure successful product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and marketing plans, including market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead product launches, create promotional materials and train the sales force.
• Conduct field work, interact with customers and analyze product performance.
• Coordinate with sales and management to implement marketing plans and monitor return on promotional investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical/Health Sciences or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Cambodian pharmacy, clinic, hospital and healthcare market.
• Proven experience in product launches, sales‑force training and market intelligence.
