Student Recruitment Manager – Cambodia

About the role

Navitas Australasia is looking for an experienced Student Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment activities across Cambodia and the wider Indochina region. You will act as the bridge between students, families, agents and partner universities, driving growth and ensuring informed choices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for Cambodia in collaboration with regional and college teams.
• Represent Navitas at fairs, workshops and training sessions to strengthen the agent network and community presence.
• Provide senior management with market insights and trends.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with students, families, agents and university partners.
• Maintain accurate reporting using CRM systems and track recruitment results.

Required profile

• Degree in higher education, marketing, business or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions or enrolment management, preferably in an international context.
• Proven track record in leading initiatives or teams and developing recruitment strategies.
• Comfortable speaking at public events and presenting findings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data tracking and reporting.
