Faculty – Business and Management (MIS/Entrepreneurship/Marketing)

About the role

The university seeks a full‑time faculty member for the Faculty of Business and Management to teach, advise, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing. The role includes delivering lectures, developing curriculum, and participating in campus activities throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses and serve as a global lecturer for partner institutions.
• Develop and modify course syllabi, lecture materials, in‑class discussions, and assignments in alignment with department standards.
• Grade papers, quizzes, exams, and other assignments promptly using Canvas.
• Assess student performance based on attendance, participation, and coursework.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design, research initiatives, and interdisciplinary programs.
• Advise students on academic and career goals and participate in professional development and campus events.

Required profile

• Earned Master’s or Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution (fresh Ph.D. graduates are welcome).
• Strong academic publication record in indexed journals and demonstrated expertise in the business legal environment.
• Commitment to teaching excellence, student success, and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, specifically Canvas or similar platforms.
