Student Engagement and Support Manager

About the role

The Student Engagement and Support Manager will develop and implement programmes that boost student wellbeing, participation and school spirit. The role oversees Teaching Assistants, coordinates co‑curricular activities and works closely with the Academic and Student Affairs teams to create an inclusive, positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and monitor Teaching Assistants to ensure effective classroom and school‑wide support.
• Organise school events, competitions, cultural programmes, assemblies and student‑led initiatives.
• Develop annual and termly plans for co‑curricular activities, clubs, enrichment and student leadership.
• Identify and support students with low engagement, absenteeism or social isolation.
• Collect student feedback and collaborate with teachers, counsellors and the Digital Marketing team to improve programmes.
• Prepare activity plans, reports, schedules and performance updates for the Director of Student Affairs.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, social work or a related field.
• Experience in a school, childcare or student‑focused environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage student interactions.
• Fluent in English; Khmer is an advantage.
