Store Auto Order Assistant Manager

About the role

The Store Auto Order Assistant Manager will lead and optimise stock replenishment across a network of more than 100 stores. This role ensures high product availability while minimising excess inventory and shrinkage, supporting the growth of DFI Lucky’s retail operations in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise auto‑replenishment for 9,000+ SKUs across 100+ outlets, maintaining optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Develop and maintain ordering schedules that balance service levels with minimal excess inventory and shrinkage.
• Co‑manage inventory with Supply Planning and Commercial teams, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor slow‑moving and obsolete stock, alert commercial teams and drive clearance actions.
• Own end‑to‑end demand forecasting for assigned categories, analysing historical trends, promotions and seasonal factors.
• Facilitate monthly demand review meetings with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams.
• Serve as primary replenishment contact for key suppliers, communicating forecasts, order schedules and delivery expectations.
• Lead inventory planning and ordering timelines for new store openings to ensure 100% product availability on launch day.
• Develop ad‑hoc analytical reports with root‑cause analysis and actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with international IT and supply‑chain project teams to implement unified system solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with supply planning, commercial and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
