Shopping Mall Property Manager

About the role

The Shopping Mall Property Manager oversees the overall operation, financial performance, and facilities management of a retail centre. The role ensures a high‑quality customer experience, strong tenant satisfaction, and compliance with all legal and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily mall operations, including security, cleaning, engineering, parking, and landscaping.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain tenant relations, address complaints, and support lease administration.
• Monitor and control the operating budget, track expenses, and prepare weekly/monthly operational and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer experience initiatives and service excellence throughout the property.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property or facilities management, including 2‑3 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in property/facilities management is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using property management systems.
