Business Development Director – Real Estate (Korean Market)

About the role

This founding commercial position will lead the development of a Korean market channel for an ambitious industrial real‑estate project in Cambodia. Based in Phnom Penh, you will act as the face of the project for Korean manufacturers, investors and partners, overseeing the full sales cycle from research to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with Korean clients, investors and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, competitive landscape and customer preferences.
• Design market entry strategies, product positioning and sales‑marketing plans for Korean audiences.
• Negotiate and close contracts, pricing and joint‑venture structures.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Report on market activity, sales performance and industry trends, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Architecture, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real‑estate development, asset management or investment.
• Proven track record of closing deals with Korean corporates or institutional investors, preferably in industrial or commercial property.
• Native‑level or business‑fluent Korean and strong English communication skills.
