Service Solution Manager

About the role

The Service Solution Manager will act as the bridge between customers and Huawei’s professional services teams, designing tailored ICT solutions that meet complex business needs. You will build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer requirements for professional services and co‑create optimal solutions with supporting departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with account decision‑makers.
• Achieve and exceed both quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
• Build and sustain a robust short‑, mid‑, and long‑term sales pipeline.
• Maintain a clear decision‑chain relationship throughout the sales process.
• Rapidly acquire in‑depth knowledge of Huawei’s service solutions.
• Identify operational delivery issues and coordinate resolutions to address customer concerns.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecom, Network or related majors.
• Strong ICT background with experience in service‑sales or professional service solutions (IP, wireless, data network).
• Customer‑centric mindset, self‑motivated and ambitious for career growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex solutions.
