Senior Recruitment Officer – International School

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Officer (International School) will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for international school positions in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on sourcing, assessing and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and post accurate, engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using structured, competency‑based methods.
• Coordinate hiring decisions with school leadership and manage offer processes.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and market trend insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Cambodian labor regulations.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within education or international schools.
• Experience in developing job descriptions and role profiling for school positions.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and documentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
