About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified talent to meet current and future business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and recruitment plans.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Develop relationships with recruitment partners, universities, vocational schools, and professional networks.
- Oversee recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open houses, and employer branding activities.
- Coordinate hiring plans with department heads and ensure effective candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection.
- Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and key metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team while strengthening employer brand and candidate experience.
