Senior Network Administration Officer

About the role

The Senior Network Administration Officer will lead the design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the enterprise network infrastructure at the head office. This position ensures high availability, security and performance of all LAN, WAN and VPN services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise routing and switching technologies such as DMVPN, IPsec VPN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN and VXLAN.
• Configure and manage Next‑Generation Firewalls.
• Administer Load Balancers (LTM & GTM) to guarantee high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage Network Access Control for LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN environments.
• Support Identity and Access Management including MFA, SSO, RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Oversee Internet connectivity, IP Transit, public IP address allocation and ISP services.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, backups and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, SOPs and implementation reports.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, change‑management activities and on‑call support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN and VPN networking.
• Extensive experience with routing (DMVPN, IPsec VPN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLAN, VXLAN).
• Hands‑on experience with Next‑Generation Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Network Access Control (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, pxGrid).
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (MFA, SSO, Active Directory, RADIUS, TACACS+).
• Understanding of IP Transit, Internet routing and ISP connectivity.
• Experience with load‑balancing technologies (LTM/GTM).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
