Manager, Project Delivery

About the role

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing ICT and ISP solution projects across the Enterprise Business Unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery PMO, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of ICT & ISP projects covering Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Business solutions, connectivity and managed services.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, risk registers, issue logs and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, conduct regular status meetings and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, third‑party vendors and OEM partners to keep all workstreams aligned with the delivery schedule.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product and Solution teams during pre‑sales to validate delivery approaches, effort estimates and timelines.
• Oversee project handover to Managed Services or Support teams, including documentation, training coordination and formal acceptance.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Telecom or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on project management experience in a System Integrator, Managed Service Provider or technology services environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑vendor, multi‑technology ICT and ISP projects.
• Strong customer management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, IT Infrastructure, Data Center services, Cybersecurity solutions, connectivity and Digital Business applications.
