Senior Manager, Sales Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Sales Management will drive regional sales performance, execute growth initiatives, and coach branch and sales teams to achieve targets across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional sales performance, set direction and achieve deposit, CASA, FD, payroll, KHOR, merchants and cross‑selling targets.
• Manage 8‑10 regional sales leaders, set targets, review performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Identify new markets and strategic opportunities across corporate, SME, payroll, HNI and merchant segments.
• Establish sales discipline, productivity standards, pipeline management and performance tracking.
• Coach and develop sales leaders, address capability gaps and ensure effective field execution.
• Support major customer acquisitions, joint visits and strategic deals requiring senior intervention.
• Ensure implementation and adoption of new products, campaigns and sales initiatives through branches.
• Coordinate with NH, branch channel, product, marketing, credit and other stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Consolidate regional performance, identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Banking or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in branch operations or product management.
• Strong negotiation, relationship building, customer service and result‑oriented mindset.
• Leadership, people management and team‑building abilities.
• High initiative, commitment, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in English.
