Senior Legal Executive

About the role

The Senior Legal Executive serves as the central legal expertise hub and business partner, delivering end‑to‑end legal support across the value chain. You will proactively share best practices, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure timely mitigation of legal issues.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units, applying commercial acumen to provide strategic legal advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supply, sponsorship, procurement, MOU, IP, SLA and governance documents.
• Lead license, permit and approval applications, renewals, and related compliance filings.
• Manage contract and license registers, ensuring accurate data entry into the contract management system.
• Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory updates, and advise on policy development.
• Support innovation projects and provide legal input for new initiatives.
• Translate legal documents between English and Khmer as required.
• Present legal findings in English or Khmer and assist with internal training.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate law, contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to balance commercial interests and legal risk.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly.
• Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
