About the role
We are seeking a Compliance Intern to assist our compliance team in monitoring legal and regulatory changes, supporting policy implementation, and providing on‑site support for NBC requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and update changes in laws and regulations related to WBC and notify relevant departments.
- Review and manage bylaw policies, ensuring updates are made within three years.
- Assist in implementing and following up on self‑audit checklists and mandatory leave procedures.
- Support the update of new local regulation issuances.
- Provide on‑site support for NBC requirements throughout project phases.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with law knowledge.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional knowledge of company law and finance & banking regulations is a plus.
