Senior Supervisor, Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, Compliance to maintain and strengthen the compliance framework, provide advisory and assessment support, and coordinate with Group stakeholders to monitor and implement regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining compliance‑related SOPs, policies, and guidelines aligned with Group standards and local regulations.
• Conduct assurance reviews to ensure compliance processes and controls are effectively implemented.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess impact, and engage stakeholders to track and implement required actions.
• Provide ongoing compliance advisory, review, and approval support for products, services, business processes, key projects, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the Annual Compliance Plan and conduct conduct‑risk reviews, including mystery shopping.
• Support and review AML‑related activities and coordinate with Group Compliance, Financial Crime, Conduct, and Assurance Review teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal functions within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Khmer, both verbally and in writing.
