Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

Peng Huoth Group seeks a senior leader to drive the reliability, security, and scalability of its hybrid IT infrastructure. You will shape strategy, modernise systems, and build a high‑performing team supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute infrastructure strategy, roadmaps and annual plans aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Oversee servers, storage, virtualization, networking, data‑center and cloud platforms, ensuring stable, secure performance.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans, and conduct regular risk assessments.
• Manage service‑level agreements, KPIs, incident response and drive automation for operational excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Prepare and manage the infrastructure budget, optimise costs and oversee vendor relationships and asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business units and senior IT leadership to align technology solutions with organisational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 7–10 years of enterprise infrastructure experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead hybrid on‑premises/cloud projects and modernise infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; English required, Khmer a plus.

Required skills

• Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching).
• Servers, storage, virtualization, Windows and Linux environments.
• Infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, patch and vulnerability management.
• Cloud platforms – Microsoft Azure or AWS, including hybrid integration.
• Cybersecurity, identity and access management, system hardening.
• Backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity planning.
