Senior Food Nutrition

About the role

The Senior Food Nutrition professional will lead daily food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring meals meet nutritional standards and company guidelines. Based on‑site in Phnom Penh, the role combines menu design, quality control, and team leadership to deliver consistent food and beverage offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure meals meet nutritional standards and company guidelines.
• Design, review and update menus, controlling portion sizes and quality.
• Monitor food quality, safety and hygiene compliance in the kitchen.
• Supervise and train kitchen and service staff on best practices and nutritional guidelines.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to improve nutritional offerings and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Relevant education in Nutrition, Food Science, Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in food & beverage or food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in menu planning and quality assurance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and uphold company core values.
